What does a backorder mean?
Backordered items are available for purchase now and will be shipped to you as soon as we receive them at our warehouse.
On the product information page, you will find the current estimated time of arrival (ETA). This is the date our suppliers have given us for when stock is expected to arrive at the warehouse.
Your order will be shipped on the day the stock arrives, unless it arrives too late in the day, in which case it will be shipped the following day.
You will be partially or fully charged when you place your order. We will send you email updates to confirm the estimated arrival dates.
Why do you take payment for backordered items?

When will I receive my backordered items?
We ship backorders as soon as they are received in our fulfillment centers. Our goal is to ensure that backordered items are delivered promptly, around the expected release date.
Mining machines (backordered items) will be shipped as soon as they are ready for release. Using ground shipping, you should receive your backorder within 3–5 business days after its release (in rare cases, it may take up to 10 days). To receive your backorder more quickly, you can choose an expedited shipping option, such as Two-Day or One-Day, at an additional charge.

How do I place a backorder?
Occasionally, we offer items for backorder, which gives you the opportunity to order these items before their official launch or general availability. Simply add the item to your shopping cart as you would with any other product. Once you have placed your backorder, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing you with a reference number.
Can I have more than one item on backorder at a time?
Yes. You can backorder as many items as you like; each will be delivered once it is released. However, some products may have quantity restrictions (for example, you might see a message like “Limit per customer: 2” on the product detail page).
Can I cancel my backorder if I change my mind?
Orders containing both backordered and in-stock items may have the backordered items canceled at the customer’s request. Backorder cancellations or modifications must be requested no later than seven business days before the release date. Cancelling backordered items may result in a 5% cancellation fee. Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, will be issued through the original payment method.
