Canceling Orders

Orders can be canceled before shipment, with a full refund issued.

Purchase Contracts

  1. Proforma Invoice
    A proforma invoice is available for each individual order. The invoice can be downloaded from the My Account page once payment has been made.
  2. Formal Sales Contract
    A formal purchase agreement is available for orders of USD $50,000 or more, or for 50 units or more.
    To obtain your contract, please contact us after payment has been made.

Full Refunds

  1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
    A 7-day no-questions-asked refund is available for every order (from the time of delivery). The buyer must return the miner, with shipping costs paid by the buyer.
  2. 30-Day Full Refund
    If there is a problem with the miner within 30 days of delivery, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. The buyer must return the miner, but shipping costs will be covered by AntminerTech.
  3. Defective on Arrival
    If the product is defective on arrival, the buyer will receive a full refund immediately, and no return of the miner is required.

Test Before Shipping

Each miner is tested before shipping, and a test video is provided so you can see its condition upon receipt.

You don’t need to be a technical expert or have any knowledge of cryptocurrencies or ASIC mining to set up your miner.
Setup is simple, and if you need help, we offer a free setup service.

Warranty

All miners are covered by a 180-day warranty (from the time of delivery).
We thoroughly test all our miners to ensure there are no problems, but if any arise, we’ll resolve them right away. Remember, we’re always here to help with any issues.

You can also purchase a Care Protection Plan to receive an extended 12-month warranty and free additional services.
