We ship orders from our warehouse location. Occasionally, orders may be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or distributor to reduce shipping time. The shipping times below apply to items labeled with “In Stock” availability.

The shipping methods listed here are for residential and commercial destinations within the contiguous United States. Primarily we use UPS to ship orders. To provide the most affordable rates, small items shipped via UPS 3 Day Freight® or USPS Flat Rate Shipping will be delivered through a joint effort by UPS and USPS.
The shipping fee for each order is based on the package weight, destination, and shipping method. For the most accurate shipping information, use the “Get Shipping Quote” link on the product pages or in your shopping cart.
Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Click on the tracking link in the email to follow the location of the package on the carrier’s website.

We are glad to offer shipping to our British and Irish customers via UPS. Shipments over 150 pounds will be delivered via UPS® Air Freight Premium Direct.

Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Click on the tracking link in the email to follow the package’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Within the United States, Antminer charges tax on orders shipping to states where we are required to collect tax. Remember, even if Antminer does not collect state sales tax, you may still be required to pay it when you file your state taxes.
When ordering from us, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country or region.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country/region. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country/region. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Antminer has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Delays caused by customs are not included in the shipping timeframe.
Note: If you pay for your order with digital currency (cryptocurrency), you may be exempt from paying certain taxes in the United States and worldwide. However, this exemption depends on local regulations, so please check your local laws.

How much is shipping from location A to location B?
The shipping fee is based on the weight of the order, the shipping method, and the destination. To see how much it would cost to ship a single item to you, please use the “Get Shipping Quote” link located on all product pages.
If you would like to order multiple products, simply add them to your shopping cart and use the “Get Shipping Quote” link in your cart to get a quote for your entire order.

What are the available shipping methods?
The available shipping methods vary by destination, so we invite you to check our Shipping & Handling page to view the shipping options for each destination. You can also see the available shipping methods under the “Get Shipping Quote” link on our website.
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
We can ship to a different address only if it is approved by your credit card company.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Products that are in stock are generally shipped within 1–5 business days, while backordered items may take longer. In addition to this processing time, you need to account for the package transit time with the carrier, which is indicated when you select the shipping method.
For example, if you order an in-stock product and choose UPS® Air Freight Premium Direct (5–7 business days), your order will generally take 6–9 business days to arrive at your door or be ready for pickup at the warehouse.
What does backorder mean?
Backordered items are available to purchase now and will be shipped to you as soon as we receive them at the Antminer warehouse.
On the product information page, you will find the current ETA (estimated time of arrival), which our suppliers have provided for stock arrival at our warehouse.
Your order will be shipped out the day the stock arrives at Antminer, unless it arrives too late in the day, in which case it will be shipped the following day.
You will be partially or fully charged when you place your order. We will send email updates to confirm estimated arrival dates.
You can cancel or amend your backorder at any time before it has been dispatched. For more information, visit our Backorders page.
How can I track the progress of my order?
You can monitor your order status in your user account. Once the order has been shipped, a link will be available for you to track it on the carrier’s website.
How will I know that my order has left your warehouse?
Orders containing both backordered and in-stock items may have the backordered items canceled at the customer’s request. Backorder cancellations and/or modifications must be requested no later than seven business days before the release date. Canceling backordered items may result in a 5% cancellation fee. Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, are issued through the original payment method.
